The company founders, having many years’ experience of the industry, spent a long time researching exactly what was required in this niche market before starting the company. The key downfalls of competitor supply teaching agencies were a lack of stringent security checks and poor customer service. KeyStage Recruitment put these issues at the centre of our company practices, and we continuously strive to live by this ethos.
